Just got the email and immediately sent off an email to my new rep. Here's to having someone new to bother.:beer:
 
I got the email too, I liked BR alot, she always got back to me very fast, she was def over worked and bogged down with newbies bugging the crap out of her all the time.
 
LOL!! If the reason she left was because of newbies. Then I'm definitely guilty of contributing to the efforts. Same thing goes with ATC, there will be people that thought this was their dream job at first. It happens all the time in level 12 facilities as I saw first hand. I saw a bunch of new guys come to my facility and get eatin alive!!

I got the email too. Maybe I can take her place in HR until I actually start... Of course, then I would just give myself a class date and move on too.

Good job driving HR up a wall. Thats likely going to drive them to start sending some of you all's paperwork to the circular file if you keep up the annoyances.....:)

I only asked if she could switch my facility. If that ran her off then OKC has some serious recruiting to do..lol I'm sure she had other problems than letting an applicant get to her. I would love to work in HR making over 70k, can't be that bad. Especially if I can handle ATC for years on out.

I'm not referring to just you or anything you did...since I don't know; but with the number people applying to these, how many HR people really want the "that guy" (or guys) who call nearly every day to inquire on what's happening.

Kind of like driving with kids in your car on a trip, and getting the constant "are we there yet? are we there yet?"

I highly doubt your being a potential pain in the butt ran her off, but maybe multiply it by 500...what with all the ATC-ers that are just here. And then, judging by some of the questions posed here, imagine being barraged with that crap day in and day out.

LOL!! That definitely can get pretty ugly! I have seen some of the same questions asked about 50 times, seems people don't even bother to search the forum first. Maybe that's why a lot of applicants can't get through on the phone or a replied e-mail. HR isn't having it! LOL!

Exactly! I mean, sure, questions can get repetitive here on JC; but there's also a good few different places it could get posted, so I can sometimes see how it could be missed. The ATC forum is one section of the website, yet it gets a TON of repetitive questions (Whats the process for OTS? Hey I failed my MMPI, what do I do now? How do you get hired?, etc, etc). It's all right here in this one section of the website. You almost don't have to use the search function because there's always some question covered, if not a sticky.
