Westwind Aviation - Anyone working there?

I've been in touch with the Chief at Westwind and might take a CFI position there, but before I commit to anything I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience to share!

How's aircraft availability?
How many students are each instructor assigned?
How does the pay scale work?
Do you get paid for both ground instruction and flight instruction?
How's the QOL in the area?
Company morale?

I'm a CFI/CFII/MEI with ~500 hours dual given if it helps any.

Cheers.

How's aircraft availability? They have the cassi system with a fleet of around 40, things are busy but usually ok if you need an aircraft at short-notice, scheduling is between the front desk and the CFIs who can all log-in and set their schedule.

How many students are each instructor assigned? I've seen 4-6 be the average, but this depends on what contracts they have active.

How does the pay scale work? Not sure, I'd ask the chief, I think it starts at $15/hr and builds from there, coming in with more experience may boost this.

Do you get paid for both ground instruction and flight instruction? Yes, you get ground slips for students as well (Part 61). I didn't train 141 so not sure how this works.

How's the QOL in the area? I stayed in Cave Creek when training which is nice, if you don't mind the heat. Plenty of good eateries, golf courses and attractions.

Company morale? It seems to be good, most of the faces are the same over the years, but visit and ask around if you can.
