West Coast HF Radio Check Freq?

Does anyone have the freq to check HF radios with San Francisco or Oakland Radio? Thanks in advance.

The one I have is a bit old...swiped from a base ops a year or two ago.

Here's a graphic view.

Though it looks like if you're trying to do the HF checks somewhere between Hawaii and the US West Coast, the freqs above are all wrong, you need the CEP-1 and CEP-2 freqs.
