Well, I got me a 121 job flying right seat in Twotters!

Will a Twin Otter even do 130 KTAS?

Awww, that's great! Congrats & enjoy the experience. The Twotter is a great airplane.

Yes, Bill did spend almost a year at Scenic (1994-ish). They were still at LAS at that time, though they may have gone in and out of North Las Vegas Airport too.

Is Grand Canyon Airlines still out there? I flew in one of their tours around the Grand Canyon back in 2001.

Nah I'll still have time ... probably more as my work week will actually be shorter than my current job (6 x 10)

And if I'm in class/on the line by NJC05 I can't miss it this year!

that's the one thing i really liked about flying with the alaska guys (helo this time around, misty fjords last time) was that they personalized the flight and told us things that the narration probably wouldn't have told us...and we were able to ask questions...it makes spending the money much more worthwhile when the flight is personalized a bit with stuff out of the ordinary!

Haow many folks were on those flights though? Scenic runs 19 passengers and 80% of their px load is on vacation from Asia (hence why the machine has 19 languages built in).
