I doubt anyone here would qualify for this due to you needing the right to live/work in Canada, but they're looking for pilots:

They're actually hiring for FOs and Captains I believe.

As far as their "previous experience" requirement, maybe they just want someone with northern experience and not necessarily time on type. There's a lot of old guys in Canada with time on those types too, but I'm not sure how many people want to work there after seeing the show ;)
 
Enough money to allow you to have a roommate and then all your furniture will come from the local dump.
 
I would take the job if it was just flying, or some serious sort of guarantee that I would get there, but after watching them crap all over their rampies on the show, no way. Not one of them from that season is returning. Tells you something.
