The annual WAI Annual Conference will be March 10-12 at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The deadline for early registration is Jan 10th.
NO, you don't have to be a female to attend! Every year more & more guys are there (by registering you are 'supporting' WAI). It is an excellent opportunity to meet the recruiters and get face time. It's also more fun that an Air Inc event and there are lots of cool freebies to be had in the convention hall. I got a job from this event a few years ago and so have several friends.
"Confirmed keynote speakers include Southwest Airlines CEO Colleen Barrett, Mooney Aircraft Company CEO Gretchen Jahn, NTSB Chairman Ellen Engleman Conners, Humorist Ralph Hood, B-1 Bomber pilot USAF Capt. Kim Black and airshow pilot Chandy Clanton.
We are expecting a record number of exhibitors this year in our trade show/career fair exhibit area. Be sure to bring a resume if you are looking for a new position.
More than 45 educational sessions and professional development seminars will be offered throughout the three day event."
