Possible Cruise Missle?

A recently declassified Pentagon video shows a Navy warplanes coming into contact with an unidentified flying object in 2015.
The so-called “GO FAST” recording is the third such declassified in recent months by the Defense Department, which was released by To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science.
The recording was made from the sensor on a U.S. Navy F/A-18 fighter plane off the East Coast, as it tracks a rapid white blip speed over what appears to be water.
“Whoa! Got it!” one pilot says after his monitor moves three times to capture it.

 
Looks like a cruise missile or sea skimming missile. Is this supposed to be the same incident as the one we discussed to death a few months ago? If so I'd like to see the in-between video where this thing transitions from skimming the ocean to making wild maneuvers in the flight levels.

Yep, definitely not an alien spacecraft, please don't run off and publish some wacky story that it's an alien spacecraft, as we would be mighty upset!"
 
There seems to be a lot of these getting released by the government lately. Not sure why. Stop screwing with me, I want to believe. :)
 
If you're going to spend time making YouTube videos with introductions and editing, why can't you just record your voice like a normal person instead of using the computer read this function. I couldn't make it 1 minute with that thing.
 
I mean...with a news source like that I have a hard time NOT believing that. It's not like the link I clicked on in their youtube profile didn't redirect me to like 3 different pages before trying to download something to my computer.
