My buddy has a very nice townhome in Reston, about 10 minutes from IAD. I didn't want to put it in the crash pad section, in case somebody was actually just looking for a room to rent after getting transferred to Dulles. Lots of possible scenarios available for someone that would like a higher end crash pad or maybe a person that just needs to rent a room near IAD. Includes the use of common area and kitchen including a very nice pool table and access to the tennis courts and swimming pool. Private entrance to lower-level bedroom as well.
