Any of y'all have any experience with them in Texas? They're apparently growing fairly rapidly and seem to be run by a dude who is squared away.

It's hard to think of a downside of an outfit that hunts hogs from a R-22 but any other perspectives would be much appreciated.
 
I have flown with them twice back when they had a MD500 and S300C. Personally I am more favorable toward the S300 then the R22, but that's my liking. They are a good company and I like flying with them. Mike, the owner, also flies, or was flying PHI LifeFight 407 back then. He and the other instructor gave us a good tour around that and the other aircraft when we took the flying club down to visit. I haven't had a chance to go hunting with them yet, but on my to do list for sure!
 
Isn't vertex part of the L3 military-industrial complex? IIRC L3-Vertex runs some Cessna singles and an MD500 out of CXO doing anti-drug stuff.
