Vasovagal response

Hello Mr. Forred,

Thanks for you time on this forum. I'm an airline pilot and was admitted earlier this week at ER after a vasovagal response. I did not passed out during the episode. I spent the night at ER, ECG was normal, everything was normal. The only thing suspected was a stomach infection (probably from food poisoning) that was showing in my blood and after puking. They froze my stomach to make sure it was this. Everything is back to normal and I've been resting for a couple of days. Do I have to see the aviation doctor to get cleared back fit to fly? Or on my next aviation medical declaring this episode is just fine?

thank you!
