This needs to be done to more companies than just UAL, and in more industries than just aviation. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like when companies had pensions (1960s-70s) CEOs weren't being paid millions yearly. Now there are no pensions but CEOs are getting paid millions...and they run the companies into the ground. Why can't we get rid of these guys?
