Interesting even though I don't understand how you can get disorintated in the Cirrus with the Avidyne and autopilot and whatnot. UND likes to thow you into them though. I had a .9 checkout and then was teaching CFII's in actual in the thing. Easy bird to fly. The crash is terrible but really is was the pilot's fault, not Cirrus/UND.

I'm not sure if they sued because they didn't recieve training at all from UND or if they found the training was inadequate.
