UAL Dispatch Positions - Posting

Anyone else having problems with the address page? Keep trying to get them in the right order and it will not put my most recent addresses first.

Might be a browser issue. Try Google Chrome if you're not using it already. Last time I checked the application wasn't very Safari or Firefox friendly.

Why does the ual propasal not include Alaska or Sourhwest? They compare to Delta, American, and Us airways. How does Alaska and Southwest contracts compare to the new United contract?

Alaska is lower, Southwest is higher.

Be careful this proposal isnt NOT what was approved in June. Those are NOT reflective of the current salary numbers. The current numbers are slightly higher

Yup, this is true. The numbers were revised upward after DL approved their new contract. That being said....Alaska is still lower, and Southwest is still higher.

Not terrible. Amusing that they had to plaster "industry leading" all over the proposal as if they are trying to sell you a set of Ginsu knives.

The AA and US numbers really are torpedoing those averages but on the surface it seems like it's heading in the right direction. Is this going to be a 3 year agreement?

US and AA were purposefully not included in the comparison due to their merger. WN should have been included for comparison purposes IMO but at least it's a step in the right direction.

I agree. WN should at this point always be in the comparables as should DL. Not using AA nor US is a boon for the negotiating committee presently as their contracts are way below where they should be. Only when you add contingency cash does AA's contract become at least palatable, but I've always been weary of pinning your hopes on money the company has the option of not giving you. AA has a bad habit of turning to labor as their first step to fixing the books when they start bleeding cash, and fuel incentive money would be the first thing to go bye bye...
