I just applied myself. Got an 89 score and then added 5 points for Veterans Preference to make it a 94. I was a wrench turner in the Navy and have the FAA signoff for my A&P. If I were to go ahead and get it, I wonder if that would help?
Yeah, I just got an interview offer the other day.Any updates from anyone? has anyone heard back?

I appreciate that Bill - and that's excellent advice, but no can do. I made a commitment to myself for this new career, just moved, and just bought a house. Plus, I still just believe flying for living just isn't for me. Six months ago I would have been all over this job, but it's too late now.Ian, Do the interview, let them make an offer, then make a decision whether or not you take it. Its one of the best flying gigs out there, you get paid whether you fly or not and no furloughs.
Any questions about stations let me know, if I don't know the scoop, I can get it.
Bill
congrats!
for which city, and i'm guessing your were prior military?
