Are you going to pick which major you go to based on whether or not they have tuition reimbursement? I didn't think so.

FedEx does for people on the ramp. I don't see why majors would have tuition reimbursement since most want you to have your degree before coming in. It would be a nice perk to have at a regional in a perfect world.

Well, I also have a strong interest in engineering and was thinking about going back at some point to get a second bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering. If I could, I would love to become a civilian test pilot down the road.

Speaking of test pilot, how difficult is it for a civilian to do this?

Do a search on this topic, we just finished a discussion recently...had links and all, but general gist of it is 500-750K for civilian test pilot school. If you can find somebody willing to pay it, keep me in mind, because I want to go also.

Delta has it for non union employees (pilots). I think its covers up to $2000 a year. Riddle and GA State University offer classes at Deltas coportate offices and so you dont have to pay some fees and you also can get credit for work experience the I think ACE.
