TSA liquid rule?

Haven't flown commercially since NJC05, obviously pre liqud ban.

What're the rules? I'm planning on bringing toothpaste, cologne, spray starch, hair grease and some other stuff.

I have a direct flight from PHX-LAS, think you can't carry any of that stuff on with you, but is it okay in a checked luggage?

Just check the bag through. You are on Airways right? Since you aren't connecting through PHL, your stuff has a reasonable chance of actually making with you.
