Tropic Ocean & Silver Airways

Anyone have info on Tropic Ocean Airline and/or Silver Airways?

Floats and wheels
Shorts and pants
SES and MEL

Other than both being based at FLL, there really isn’t much in common.

Buddy of mine flew a winter at Tropic. Said the pay kind of sucked but it was fun.

Tropic Ocean and Silver sounds like a 90’s buddy cop movie.

Talked to someone that used to fly for Tropic and he loved it. Getting float time would be well worth it if you weren't 100 percent behind the idea of going 121 as I wished I had more as I'd love to fly the Fire Boss and it sounds like they do a lot of fun flights. It'd be sweet to pull up to a yacht in a Caravan and probably beats most regional airline destination.

I believe both airlines might rarely due overnights so you'd get to have a more normal life, but I might be talking out my ass as I thought I heard that.
