Anywhere - Deployed, Virginia:<BR />Avenge, Inc. is seeking outgoing active-duty Military Helicopter Pilots to become Second-In-<br />Command Pilots for its OCONUS ISR King Air 300/350 flight operations. The primary work<br />requirement will be to pilot King Air 300/350 or similar aircraft overseas supporting the<br />Department of Defense in hostile work zones. Our work is typically, but not exclusively, ISR.<br />Standard rotations are approximately 60 days on 60 days off. Candidates must meet our high<br />standard of excellence for safety, piloting skills, crew resource management skills, and customer<br />relations. Living and working conditions are often austere. Work locations are subject to change<br />on short notice. Candidates must have strong professional interpersonal skills and team player<br /><div>attitude.</div><div>&nbsp;</div>18 Month Commitment from Primary ISR Aircraft and ISR PQC Training End Date<br /><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Upon receipt of the security clearance, candidate will begin a 10-12 week orientation and</div>intensive ISR and King Air 300/350 training course. We have designed a proprietary<br />Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Pilot Qualification Course (ISR PQC), which<br />includes: general ISR classroom instruction; King Air 300 Initial training with KA 350<br />differences training; Proline 21 instruction; academic mission oriented training; and additional<br />simulator training with (1) realistic airplane configuration, (2) realistic navigation and<br />communications equipment, (3) realistic mission settings and scenarios. This training will<br />provide an SIC type rating. Upon completion of this training, you will have an 18 month<br />commitment to actively fly OCONUS rotations for us. You are expected to go on your first<br />OCONUS rotation soon after completing this training. First OCONUS rotations are 90 days.<br />Thereafter, you will be scheduled for regular rotations of approximately 60 days at the OCONUS<br />work site, 60 days off for rest and relaxation.<br /><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Upgrade To PIC When You Meet the Minimum Requirements and You Are Ready</div>You are eligible for upgrade to PIC when you meet the statutory requirements and complete our<br />upgrade process. The statutory requirement is that you have a minimum of 1000 hrs PIC in any<br />aircraft, with at least 300 hrs PIC in a Similar Aircraft Type to the King Air 300/350. By the end<br />of the five months of rotation, you should have earned approximately 500 hours of flight time<br />including 300 hours of creditable PIC time.<br /><div></div>
