Perezan, VWAM is probably one of the better banner tow companies to work for in the USA. When you are working, the pay is many times better than your mom and pop operations. The good thing is that they fly events nationwide and you wont be stuck looking at the same 10 miles of beach for an entire summer. I know they're looking for pilots right now with training starting in S. Florida pretty much around this time. After they are comfortable with your performance they'll send you out to one of the bases for the summer. For the most part, they are laid back and will treat you right. Sadly, with everything else, the economy has taken a big shat on business so flying has slowed down...but it's still a good first job to get some tailwheel time. PM if you have any questions.
