Time Frame from AT-SAT score to OKC

To be as short as possible I got my scores back for my AT-SAT and they were "well qualified" (big relief). Now from what I've read it is time to wait. I only applied for the Indianapolis location, and it does not seem to be that popular of a location (on this forum at least). To back that up I had a couple of friends who work there tell me that they are understaffed and have a hard time finding people who stick around. I am from (and love) Indianapolis, they said this could help me get in at Indianapolis possibly. I guess my question is does anyone know if Indianapolis is an undesirable location? And if it is will this speed up my process?

I know of an applicant, from another forum, who was slated to go to Indy, has received his final offer letter, and can't begin training until November, due to Indy having met their hiring quota for the fiscal year. He received his FOL way before I did, but I'm beginning training a good 6 months before him, simply due to this....

I think Indy is a great place to live and work. I too applied up there for a ZID and terminal position, but I have since moved to Atlanta. I am hesitant to move back, but I loved the city. Very affordable housing!!!!!

I'm going to ZID (interview next week). I grew up in Indy and I love it there and I'm ready to go back and raise my family there. Oh, I'm VRA though, so I have different process than you OTSers.

Practically everyone is understaffed. I know 2 trainees just got fired from ZID. Being from Indy will probably help since alot of centers are taking OTS with the closest zip codes after they select the VRA's and CTI students.

I'll let ya know if i hear anything about a training backlog. I know that there is a class of ZID students in OKC now and the next class date is May 9 for ZID students.
