A United Airlines commercial flight traveling from San Francisco to San Antonio was forced to make an emergency landing at Phoenix on Thursday after an undisclosed threat, authorities said.

Dozens of passengers were escorted from United Express Flight 5573, operated by Skywest Airlines, after the plane landed at 4.45 p.m. at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, according to Reuters. A bomb squad that swept the aircraft did not uncover any dangerous materials, Phoenix police said.

What do you mean by, "Says threat found... interesting....?"

from the article further down then what a cut in.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Steve Martos said a threat was found on the plane but did not provide additional details. Further investigations were still ongoing, he said.

Thanks. I read the article about six times trying to find the reference and didn't see it on the iPad. Now I did. College paying off, I got lost in a three paragraph article.

You'll recognize a threat when you see a threat. I mean, without the threat of a threat, nothing would have happened, right?
A threat thingymabooboo was definitely present. Stay tuned. More on the threat soon.
Its like that game where the guy with the thing shoots the something through a thing that looks like something but hangs on something else. Great game!

The only threat I see here is a 2.5 hour trip in an RJ. Ewww
Just wait until Skywest starts the 4 hour plus MSP-LAX on the -700 soon. :)

Same with SDF-DEN a while back, CRJ-200 or ERJ-145. Pretty sure that's outlawed by the Geneva Convention.
Good memories on that one. Especially the -145 flight with the engine on one side of me and the screaming baby on the other. I should kick Frontier's ass(you can totally say ass on here) for dropping the route...again.
