This is why pilots are paid soo little....

well i guess all these rants and posts make ppl feel better about their own life so you know what...I'm done with ya all...see you on top when i'm in the left seat...thanks for everyone who has defended me and i appreciate the views of those that disagree with me...Peace on earth and a merry christmas to all..this will be my very last post in this worthless forum lol :D

i see you've posted since this, so I think you're not gone yet. My advice is to stick around a little and get to know these folks by watching what they post. Take a look at the CFI forum or tech talk or whatever. You'll see that some of the people here are trying to better things whether you see it at this time or not. There are a handful of nincompoops, but you'll learn who they are pretty quickly and where the ignore function is.

...If the greatest flight instructor charged for what he was worth no one could afford to learn from him or benefit from his abilities ...

Incorrect. Someone is always willing to pay.

Yeah, your right. But right now at this very very instant I don't have to pay back my loans, or pay for food or rent this month because I'm home. Honestly that add was a stab in the dark at what it would be like to be a ferry pilot and if i could even get a jig at 450 an hour

It's nice that you're hiome, but it really pointed out to me how you are one of two things in my mind; you are either highly irresponsible (fiscally) or still sheltered by your parents, possibly both. Just a question, have you calculated how much per moth you will have to pay back when your loans come due? If you have, you do realize that in most cases there is no penalty for early payment, and that they are just gaining interest and compounding what you will owe in the future?

Anyway. Welcom to JC.

"Where the men are men and the sheep run scared" is more like what I'd heard, at least back in the day when some of the admin staff used to attend there. :pirate:
