Well......I flew into MDH three times in the last 6 weeks and saw their planes on the ramp (and dodged a few on the way in and out as well). Does that count?

maybe someone needs to send an advertisement out stating that there's a forum for them to talk on?

I'll bite...

Went to school in Carbondale, but majored in Elementary Education. Several of my roomates were in the flight program and really loved it. Many are at the regional and major airline level. It was easy for them to get a job instructing with the program once finished and a there is a retired UAL 737 that now belongs to the school. The chances for getting an internship with UAL were (and still may be) strong, that's how some of my friends were hired there with very low TT and no turbine PIC. No one knows how stable UAL is now, but if you're a college student looking for an internship it might not be a bad deal. If anyone is actually interested I have more info, but like it was said earlier in this thread, it's awfully quiet in here.

No doubt. It's actually on the 'chopping block' if I can't get any traffic to it. Makes the site look desolate!
