Well, Jim was pre-certificate and wanted to take up his date on a 'bay tour' where we take off out of Reid-Hillview, fly up the 101 then cut across towards Alcatraz, the golden gate and fisherman's wharf.
I usually always wore a tie and a good shirt because then your students took you seriously and came prepared. A prepared student means an easier time flight instructing, plenty of time to throw in some extra non-syllabus stuff and lower training costs.
I remember seeing that site many years ago. If I had only known then how big a star Doug would have come I would have paid more attention. Congrats on the many sucessful years of your site and great info we pilots get.
Hey, I remember the old website. That's the way it looked when I first stumbled across jetcareers! I still like the IFR enroute charts as a background though! I say bring those back!
