Hey Gang,

Took these back in early May, haven't had the chance to upload until now. This had to be one of the coolest sights I have seen while flying in Florida. The timing of the sunlight and the lakes below was flawless.

Great shots!

Next time... don't be afraid to open the window. Just have a good grip on the camera, but that will at least keep the window glare and scratches out of the pics. :)

Yeah, I need to grow the balls for that first... And I was on the wrong side of the plane, so I reached back into the middle row and got all tangled to get some photos. ;)
 
so friggin cool! What camera are you using. The shots looked fantastic!
 
:yeahthat: What everybody else said, very pretty. Love the one below the out of focus pic, with the tail and the clouds.
 
Central FL had some crazy mixture of light, clouds and rain to offer this weekend. People stood in front of the restaurant we went too to take the "sky impressions" in. Unfortunately it was raining off and on (and a lot) and we where IMC on departure out of Clearwater. This in turn lasted until we hit NC - and it was a truly amazing nexrad painting almost all along the east coast. Dodging, diverting, up, down, turbs, the whole nine yards. Beauty. :)
