Go to My Home, Personal Information, and scroll to the bottom and you'll see the upload avatar option.

i did that but how do you get the pic. from the link you posted to this webpage to upload it? i saved the pic on a disk, then i hit the " browse" button to upload it and clicked on submit. it said the pic wasn't the right file type?
