It sounds like they'd prefer 500TT and 200 dual giving and given how much they're getting into training having bought Flight Safety perhaps there might be an opportunity to get a type rating too. I believe the job is mostly just dealing with customers and potential customers and training them, but it might be a good opportunity for a low time pilot and I think Textron is a pretty solid company.
