Used to to be close to CBM but came back to the gunshine i mean sunshine state 
That is one nice cross country especially in a T-6. Evreytime they used to come over to GTR or TCL I would try and sneak a peak inside. Hopefully if all goes well I'll be flying the same one day.
Being that your spending the night in MCO, try to get a courtesy car and check out the area. I think downtown Disney would be closest to the airport, but you got to be fast as Orlando has a mickey mouse curfew of 2:00am. Then again CBM aint too different.
Too bad you couldn't extend a little further south, I would've shown you were the real party is at especially since its Memorial Day weekend. Its gonna be pure bannans down here!!:nana2::nana2:
Anyways, enjoy the trip and try to snap some shots or even better a vid.

That sounds like a great trip. I loved what little time I had in the 6 (SNJ). I'd love to flying one of those around the south.

It's actually June 5 not this weekend sorry I didn't clarify that. We had tried to get Key West approved but it got denied. I love the T-6, the time in it has blown by so fast, its hard to believe I only have 15 flights in it left
As for MIA, I might make a gas and go stop there instead of PBI

Haven't put in for track select yet...trying to weigh the options of the T-38 vs. the T-1. I came in dead set on the T-1 but now after doing formation the T-38 would be pretty cool...

Man, my T-6 XC sucked! I flew from DLF to ABI with an IP on BIP who had to stick close to the flight commander. Well, the flight commander's jet broke in Abilene, so we spent the weekend there and ultimately drove home. The rest of my "XC" was taken care of on out-and-backs to LRD, SKF, and MAF. I was ticked!
