SWA Question

I've never flown on SWA, but this post made me think...
What happens if, lets say a family with a couple of kids (3 or 4 years old), board a booked flight with "C" boarding passes and once inside the airplane they only find middle seats available...????!!!!
Is there a "special policy" for families/groups?? Or do you have to start begging passengers to change seats??

Families with kids preboard, no matter what pass they have.

And if the kids aren't young enough to pre-board, I have seen FAs go around the cabin trying to get pax to volunteer their seats so the family can sit together, or at least one parent with one or two children.
