I was just talking to a mechanic from a company that has 12 survey planes. Mostly 210s, but they have some twins too. They do imagery as well. I was talking to one of their mechanics so I'm not sure on the minimums, but it might be one more option for low time pilots.

I'm not sure how the pay and QoL is compared to other companies that take low-time pilots like AAK and Pictometry, but it'd be interesting to hear from pilots who have flown for them what they thought.
