Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Disclaimer: Been on this forum for 12+ years, lost my original log-in info, so this is a "new" account.

Also, I know this is a case by case issue. I am just looking for experiences and possibly what to expect in this process.

4.5 years ago, I was out running and went into cardiac arrest. Wife gave CPR and I woke up in a hospital 2 days later.

Cause: a blood clot in LAD, stent now present. I take statins, 81mg aspirin, BP meds since the event.

I hold a PPL and looking to get medical reissued (hopefully). Does anyone have any similar experience with this?

I am open to questions if need be.

In a nutshell plan on submitting a status report from your cardiologist, all of your records from cardiology, and the results of a recent stress test.
