substitute for AOPA VREF?

Flied Rice

What does everyone use to determine listing price now that AOPA got rid of this benefit? Trying to sell a PA28...
Looking for more reliable info than guessing based on listings at Controller + Trade-a-Plane.
thanks

For a plane like the PA28, I’d hire a local appraiser or broker for a few hundred dollars. Sure the Vref was a nice perk, but or a couple bucks you’d have a better understanding of the market and your plane and could easily get a return on your investment.

Where is the plane located?

I've got a 75 Cherokee 140 with a 160hp conversion. G430. 2200 smoh and 6800 total. I'll keep flying it until it makes metal. I only fly it during the day over flat land. I got it for 35K three years ago.
