Go to your local auto parts store. They should have a roll of "static cling" window tint. It's maybe ten bucks. Cut out a cardboard template the shape you want, place it on the tint and cut. Wash, rinse repeat as needed until you have as many as you need. I did some for the Lear about two years ago. They've held up great since.Does anyone know where I can buy these from? Back when I used to jump seat a lot I'd see many Southwest guys that would throw them up.
Hawker sunshades blow so I was hoping for something mo betta...
Also, any baby store has them...apparently babies don't like bright sunshine on their faces.

Do you have the thin metal ring around the top of the windows for something like Rosen sunvisors? I've discovered the since Rosens are absolute crap, simply carrying a few small binder clips in my flight bag, I can rig up shades using pieces of paper and the clips fairly effectively.
And on a related note: Rosen can go straight to hell for using a rounded knob that can hardly be gripped properly but yet requiring 300+ft-lbs of torque to adequately make the visor stay in any position.
At least you have clamps. The ones in the 45 just slide along a track. They can't be turned and there's a little strip between the top of the visor and the top of the window that light seems to leak through no matter what. They suck balls. You just can't beat the cling on type. Some where I have a picture with almost the whole left side covered by them while in cruise.Worse.
DPApilot take a picture of the clamps and shades.
