When you have a Q and A conversation with someone. Don't say "good question" every time. Maybe every three or four times. And don't nod your head all the time when the other person is talking. Just during the times you agree or what to show understanding.
Having flashbacks of debriefings in Maddog school. A few of the old guys would say "I know I'm right, you don't have to say that". Apparently, I was supposed to just sit at attention...You guys aren't active listening are you.....?
