Looking to pick up the Sporty's PPL DVDs. Would like to buy used to save some cash for flight time!

If anyone would like to get rid of these, let me know!

Dude, if you want to save cash, don't buy those silly DVD's.
 
The DVD instruction videos are very helpful. I watched them a couple times each before i started training and they gave me a HUGE leg up. It will help you make the most of each hour in flight. You will find that the DVDs will pay for themselves easily very soon. I would definitely recommend the ASA DVDs as that is what I use. They are not as comprehensive as a textbook, but it does explain things much better. Besides, $100 is nothing compared to what you will spend flying. If $100 will make or break you flying privately, I highly suggest you find a cheaper flying hobby such as Light Sport/powered parachute/etc.
 
That is what I was thinking. ASA seems to be like 100 bucks cheaper, too.

But, I do have like 3 comprehensive PPL books already...
 
same I love these types of DVD's. I had to listen to john and martha for a week for my instrument written. Studied for a week and took the Instrument and CFII. Gonna by the Commercial ones next week. Gonna start my single and multi commercial here soon.
 
I'm bidding on some on eBay for a few of the kids I work with in my community. You'll find superb bargains less than $100.
