Space Shuttle Launch Tonight

id like to see a launch sometime, though possibly even cooler... i saw a RE-ENTRY on my way to work in Austin TX at about 3am one morning....

looked like a red laser beam silently streaking accross the sky from west to east.... suuuuper cool. kinda eerie looking too.

Someone was saying it was the last night launch? It was the first launch I've seen, the couple minutes watching it was worth the 2.5 hours driving there and 2.5 driving back. My friend was flying south from Jacksonville and saw it from 7,000'.
Anyone know how to brighten up photos in Photoshop?

How about this? I ran it through some of the Photoshop actions I use for my astro-images..

Here is my best Shuttle image taken nearly two years ago (DEC 2006) shortly after Discovery undocked from the ISS to return home...

It was taken with a webcam through my 10in scope. It's amazing what you can capture from your back yard these days.
