Jumpseated just yesterday with SWA out of BUR. Walked up to the counter and said "I would like to check in to jumpseat on flight ****" She took my badge and passport without hesitation and we made small talk. Printed out a pass for me to proceed to the gate, when arriving at the gate, the guy printed out a "flight deck approved" pass and said there were plenty of open seats. When I boarded, introduced myself to the crew and flight attendants, found a seat, and made it home. This is how every experience with SWA has been for me
