Long story short, optimizing databases, something hiccuped, filled up my tmpDSK, corrupted a massive table in the MySQL database, so I had to unmount, increase the side of the tmpDSK, move the crap back over, remount it (don't forget your permissions!) get back into mysqlcheck, repair the previously corrupted table and well, let's just say it's 520 out here and I feel like doing a jager shot because I just fixed it.

And the sun is rising.

Whenever you wonder if I luv you guys, yup, I do.

I'm debating. Cocktail and watch the sunrise or just take my tired ass to bed... Hmmm... ;) Goodmorning, btw, thanks for checkin' in! :)

Doug the good news is that your hone page scripting issue was fixed... although is pales in comparison to the other atom bomb fallout you had to repair, mind telling me what caused the text issue?

You lost me after "short story," was any of that english? Thanks for the repair job

Thanks for the free place to piss time away.

No need on your part for an apology.

None the less, thanks for working your ass off to make it work all the time!!

The new IE handles fonts those size a little different than the last IE so I had to shorten the names.

Everyone and his uncle has a browser and all handle code a little differently.

Notice no webmasters ever say, "Yay! Google's got a browser that's growing in popularity!" because now you've got to worry about IE, all ten trillion versions of Mozilla, Safari, yadda yadda yadda. I'd love for everyone to sit down, create a single web standard and have all of the plugs open source and cut out out the 'we created something proprietary, gimme a license fee' MSFT crap.

Sorry for the rant.

Thanks again for all you do. I didn't understand anything other than the occasional MySQL reference, but it seems everything is in working order now. :) As Polar referenced.... back to pissing time away.

Heh. I feel your pain.

After learning to program, I got tough about using XHTML 1.0 Strict. The funny thing is that even coding to the letter of the W3C standard, it's only guaranteed to work (at least to my knowledge) with Mozilla. IE is still a total crap shoot and I've always had to stick in some sort of screwed up Java fix for the short-bus MSFT crowd. Hell, even Transitional plays nice in Mozilla, but not IE.

Don't get me started on Frontpage code output...

That's it, Taylor! I'm done w/ this poopy site.....I have no idea why you don't just quit your job and work on the site full-time....'cause it obviously needs someone at the helm. Have I mentioned what a crappy site administrator you are? Sheesh......JC blowzzz.

When I log on, I expect to cruise through JC on my timeframe, MY timeframe...NOT YOURS.

Of course the above is :sarcasm:
:D Thanks for all the hard work, Doug! You rock!

I have no idea what any of that means, but it sounds like a pain in the butt.

Thanks, you da man Taylor!!
