Solid Connections?

I am fortunate enough to know, through my dad, a father and a son who own a plane at my local aiport and take me flying every now and then. The father is a retired, due to him turning 60, "big four" captain. His son is an active 75/76 captain for that same airline.

Hypothetically*, how could I use these connections to my advantage?

*I'm only a senior in high school, with a PPL. So I wouldn't be trying to get hired for quite some time.

Consider that most people don't have connections. Use it, work it, doowit.
