So I was getting ready to give a lesson this morning when...

Lol I know, I thought it was funny, especially since the guy that rented it last is a private and he called me last night to ask me why his cross country he did yesterday took 2.0 instead of the 1.7 it took the 1 other time he flew there in a different plane over a year ago
He told me I should get my Hobbs checked because he feels it should not take any longer than before
Because any head wind would be canceled out on the return trip with a tailwind...........yes I'm serious

Seeing that this morning was just icing on the cake

(I did not train him!!) but his next review is going to be interesting

I was in the FBO once, and a Cirrus owner walked in with an S on his chest because he had just come in from flying somewhere cool for lunch. I was conversing with another pilot when the Cirrus guy walked in. Knowing the guy, we started talking to him. The other pilot asked him what the Cirrus trued out at. The Cirrus guy replied: "depends if I'm flying upwind or downwind."

Being forgetful is one thing...

This is a whole new level of facepalm.

Other than actually seeing the cirrus parked on the ramp, how did you really know he was a cirrus pilot?

He didn't have a white lab coat on, did he?
