I hang out at the flight school near everyday for at least a few hours. I have gone to about 4 different flight schools and talked to the owners personally. Called the chief pilots directly on the phone to see what they would say. Initiative is not the issue, lack of business is.

sorry, but 4 schools isn't hitting the streets, in my opinion. When yuo want it bad enough, you will see how many opportunities there are out there
