Small plane crashed into a house in Northglenn, Colorado today. Story says no one was home at the time and the pilot walked away. Pretty crazy yet amazing.

Amazing that the pilot walked away from that crash. I guess you gotta tip your cap to the sturdy construction of the PA-25.

The FAA spokesperson said he parachuted out of the plane before it hit the house.

Wow, I just keep looking at the pictures, and wondering to myself. How did he survive that? Glad everyone walked away from this one ok.

If you watch the news video, they say that it was just the banner being dropped behind the airplane. The pilot was actually also a fire fighter, and he tried to make sure everyone was out and fight the fire before vacating the house.

Just read another article and I quote from the article:

"Both the plane and the house had extensive damage, CBS Denver reported."

"Witnesses said the plane was flying low when it went down."
