Slow page loading and odd sites on back command

I don't know i it's a separate site with ads or what but when I click a page the last day or so it loads then sits for a bit and then finally finishes. Same when I click on the back button on the browser, I have to hit it twice to actually go back to the previous page. The hangup is waiting for content from "http://fbirus.co.cc//index.php?s=(randomnumbersandletters)" Whats up with that site and why is it being called and slowing everything down?

Not sure if it matters, but this is on my laptop using Vista and IE8. Haven't tried any other computers to check.
 
I have noticed today that I am having to hit the 'back' button twice. I am not getting the advertising though.
 
I'm having a similar problem, where everything seems to be slower because of that loading page, but then it will take me to the bottom of each page as soon as I click page down, no matter how big the page is. It also seems to bring up an autofill box for a search bar when I do that.
 
Well, Avast on my home computer seems to think it's a Trojan Horse.

Mine is doing this as well. About 2 seconds after a page loads it automatically goes to the bottom. It is doing this on both my lap and desktop.
