Now that Lunesta is approved FAA, what is the procedure when I get my First class. Do I need anything from my Primary Doctor. Thanks

There must be a notation that it is not used more than twice a week and you allow at least 12 hours from taking it to flying.

Is the notation on the prescription itself. When I disclose Lunesta on my First class do I need anything from my Primary Doctor or do I take anything to him?

Tell the AME you are taking it less than 2 times a week and you wait more than 12 hours to fly when you do so. He will make the notation on the 8500-8
