Dispatch is the exception this. The majority of the people working in dispatch are not native to SGU, or Utah for that matter. We have lost more than a few dispatchers because they couldn't handle living in SGU, and dollars to doughnuts it's the reason we are short staffed.

If Sky West were really smart, they would move their headquarters to Phoenix. Then everyone from the Mesa SOC would go to Skywest because of the better pay, better schedule, and better treatment, and Skywest's biggest competitor Mesa, would have to move their SOC or go out of business. (And Mesa out of business -- that is the stuff that dreams are made of)

Nice avatar, I am heading down the road of joint tax return next week. It would be a smart move is SKW moved to SLC.
