It’s really thorough and well thought out. The way they teach certain principles is really clear. The training is also very interactive. It’s not just you sitting there listening to someone give a lecture all day. They get 3 weeks of ground 2-3 months of on the job with a trainer checking their releases training and growing their skill set then a 8 hour desk check being watched before being signed off. They also step up work load start at 25 flights and first 4 weeks add 5 a time till you're boiling and didn't even know it. Places like piedmont do 3 weeks of ground, 2 weeks of on job training and they don't even do a live desk check to get signed off, just a testing through conversation. What makes their Training different from the others ?
