So is it true there is no liquor in St George?
I preferred Lee's Liquor. $12 24 cases of PBR.There is a Smith's grocery store in Mesquite, NV (on the way from LAS) that has a HUGE selection. You can also go to the state run store and get glared at.
Yes you can buy liquor in St George, there are two state run liquor stores. It is also illegal to transport liquor across state lines. There are always troopers pulling people over and searching vehicles at the state line.
I never got pulled over on that route...and if I did, my answer would have been "no officer you may not search my car"Yes you can buy liquor in St George, there are two state run liquor stores. July 10, class of 14, biggest in SkyWest history.
Agreed. Make them get a warrant.I never got pulled over on that route...and if I did, my answer would have been "no officer you may not search my car"
Alabama is the same way. You have to buy from either the ABC store or another store selling on behalf of the state. And if i remember correctly, Ohio is similar. It isn't like Missouri where any and every store has a liquor section.I always find it hilarious that in this state founded by Mormons the only way to purchase package liquor legally is at a state-operated liquor store. But hey, at least it's for sale. There are more weird alcohol laws in Utah than anywhere else I've been in the US.
