SkyWest Hiring

Same old questions: Shifts, QOL, pay, working environment?

start times: early as 2a. late as 4p.
pay: better than other regionals, not as good as allegient down the highway. always opportunities for extra shifts and seniority comes quick for the first couple of years.
work environment: there are definitely worse places to work. bosses are good. training is good. if you are big in to politics most people are conservative (it is utah)
QOL: housing is expensive considering its not a huge city. if you like being outdoors and/or you dont mind finding ways to entertain yourself its a nice, quiet place without much to worry about. if you are a social butterfly that needs to be out and around people all the time you probably wont enjoy the area and will spend all your days off going somewhere else.

I'm going down to St.George
Gonna have myself a time
Friendly faces everywhere
Humble folks without temptation
Going down to St. George
Gonna leave my woes behind

Anyone else get invited to do the "Green job interview", I do not remember SkyWest doing this last time I applied. Hopefully someone could shed some light on some of the questions. I am assuming they are more common run of the mill questions, since the technical interview used to be in LAS.

I was invited as well, and am also wondering what kind of questions will be asked. Additionally, I'm curious as to how the interview is structured. I've never had a video interview before, let alone one that is not live. Are you given as much time as you want to think about the question before you record your response? Or must you give you response in a certain amount of time?

I m waaaay to lazy to dig thru one million posts....So, that said, can anyone tell me what if any union represents OO dxers? Yeah, I am writing a book about.....!
