Silver Express F.O. Program

All of Mesa's programs are wildy successful....you can't go wrong.

With that said, I don't like the idea of 300 hour pilots in the right seat of an airliner flying paid revenue. I, personally, have no problem with time building schemes where you sit in a seat that would otherwise be unoccupied to log time. But it's wrong (in my opinion) to pay to sit in a seat that would normally be occupied by a paid F/O.

I don't like the fact that low time Mesa pilots don't have much of a choice other than to do whatever JO thinks is best for his pilot group. I hear few MAPDer's went to Freedom but I think the MEC did what they had to do to avoid a strike at all costs....good for JO, bad for the Mesa pilots.

I know MAPD and Pace are two different things and I'm in no way talking down Mesa airlines, per se, or the PACE program. I'm talking down JO as an airline CEO, Lorenzo, wannabe, and I'm talking down super low time F/O's....that's all.

Haha....how ya gonna explain that one at a REAL job interview? ..... I wasn't really the PIC nor was I even the SIC since one isn't required in that type of aircraft or operation.

SIC on a Caravan?!?!?!?!?!? Yeah, right!

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when an interviewer asks about THAT.
