Setting up a progressive inspection program

Does anyone have experience setting up a progressive inspection program in accordance with 91.409(d)? One of the owner groups I fly for bought a TBM that was on 135. We are part 91 and will be flying 500-600 hours per year, so I thought a progressive inspection program would be appropriate. Socata has a section in their maintenance manual that addresses this.

I contacted the FSDO and they originally made it sound like it was as simple as sending them a short letter with a few key phrases. I did that, but now they want considerably more information. I need to come up with some kind of manual. Has anyone done this before, and would it be possible for me to take a look at what you came up with?
